Cub Scouts engage in a wide variety of activities, both indoors and outdoors, that focus on skill-building, community service, and personal growth. These activities include camping, hiking, fishing, swimming, and participating in events like the Pinewood Derby.

Cub Scouts are also an excellent introduction to scouting should your child want to work towards becoming an Eagle Scout in high school. (Located near RPCC is a thriving middle school/high school troop T-35 at Church of the Redeemer, which is where over 400 boys have attained their Eagle Scout ranking.)

Since Cub Scout Pack 35 is being newly founded, the founding parents can decide which time slot works best for you.

But here's an idea of a proposed general schedule:

General Schedule Pack Meetings (all grades):
- Once a month (e.g. First Fridays)

Den Meetings (grade specific)
- Once per month (e.g. Third Fridays)

Weekend Camping (all grades) 3 times/year:
- Fall, Spring, and Summer

Premier Events (all grades):
- Pinewood Derby in Winter
- Blue and Gold Banquet in Spring
- Akela Ceremony in Spring
