Overview:
These free workshops will focus on stress management as a way to improve problem-solving skills, increase positive thoughts and feelings, and challenge old traits and patterns that are no longer serving you, so you can better address personal and professional goals.
Sessions include:
1. Oct. 26. – Self Care Basics.
2. Nov. 1 – Past is Present – Examining thoughts and feelings around stressful events, and dismantling dysfunctional patterns.
3. Nov. 9 – Mindfulness Meditation.
4. Nov. 16 – Boundaries and Assertive Communication.
5. Nov. 23 – Creative Self-Expression.
6. Nov. 29 – (Special Friday Session for Thanksgiving weekend). Eco-therapy with a Black Friday Hike! Meet at the back of the Falls Road Light Rail parking lot to access the Lake Roland boardwalk and a leisurely walking session through the park. Address is 29 Railroad Ave, Baltimore, MD 21209.
