Monica Sizemore holds a Master of Science in Nutrition and Integrative Health, is a candidate for CNS licensure and holds additional graduate studies in both Wellness Coaching and Herbalism. She currently lives in Baltimore Maryland, accepts private clients virtually, and is soon to open an office in Historic Mount Washington. She has an innate relationship with plants and nature, believing strongly in the power of botanical medicine and Food as a powerful tool for optimizing health and wellness, recognizing the importance of mind, body, and spirit.
