Monica Sizemore holds a Master of Science in Nutrition and Integrative Health, is a candidate for CNS licensure and holds additional graduate studies in both Wellness Coaching and Herbalism. She currently lives in Baltimore Maryland, accepts private clients virtually, and is soon to open an office in Historic Mount Washington. She has an innate relationship with plants and nature, believing strongly in the power of botanical medicine and Food as a powerful tool for optimizing health and wellness, recognizing the importance of mind, body, and spirit. She enthusiastically shares her wisdom of various practical and broad botanical medicine uses in this first of a series in Western Herbalism talks lead at RPCC.

For the November talk, Monica will discuss the importance of a healthy gut, introduce an understanding of the gut/brain axis and methods of balancing digestion through nutrition, lifestyle, and herbalism
