Speaker bio: Anthony Teelucksingh retired in 2025 from the Computer Crime and Intellectual Property Section (CCIPS) of theU.S. Department of Justice after 22 years of service. At the Department, he prosecuted cases involving all types of cyber attacks and Internet fraud. He also served for ten years as the head of the U.S. delegation to the United Nation’s Intergovernmental Experts Group on Cybercrime in Vienna, Austria, and was a U.S. negotiator and subject matter expert in the UN’s Ad Hoc Committee to promulgate a new international treaty on cybercrime.
